Never Miss a Call overview
Our Never Miss a Call mobility features—including Call Forwarding, Simultaneous Ring, Follow Me, Voicemail, and Do Not Disturb—giving you the ability to choose how to route calls when you’re away from the office.
How Never Miss a Call works
Simply log into your User Portal, Desktop App, or Mobile App, and then select and enable a Never Miss a Call feature. Select Call Forwarding, for example, to forward your office extension’s incoming calls to a pre-designated phone number.
